Responsible for leading a team of associates in Springfield MA dedicated to the design and implementation of MMFA Field Compensation and Recognition Programs. Programs will align with distribution strategy and consider competitive dynamics, pricing/expense allowances, and technology simplification initiatives. Develop team members' analytical and consultative skill sets while promoting a high performance culture. Specialize in both MMFA and Agency economics while partnering with the General Agents' and Agents' Associations to maximize program impact and ensure field readiness. Accountable for management of overall field compensation budget in support of growing top line sales while achieving expense efficiency targets.
